Picklefox Loyalty Programme

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By enrolling in the Picklefox Loyalty Programme (“Programme”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not enrol.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal data.

2. Who We Are

The Programme is operated by Wonder Fox PLT (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia. Contact us at shop@picklefox.com.

3. Eligibility

To participate you must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• A resident of Malaysia
• Enrolling with a valid personal email address

One account per person. Corporate, bulk, or reseller accounts are not eligible. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment requires your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Your account is created when you complete the enrolment form on the Picklefox Loyalty Portal. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.

5. Earning Points

Points are awarded for qualifying purchases made through the Picklefox Shopify online store or in-store at Picklefox retail locations where your loyalty account is linked at the time of purchase.

Points are calculated on the purchase amount at the rate set by Picklefox, which may change from time to time. The current rate is displayed in the Portal.

Points are not awarded for:

• Purchases made before enrolment (unless retroactive credit is granted at our discretion)
• Returns, refunds, or cancelled orders — points credited for a returned purchase will be deducted
• Service fees, delivery charges, or taxes
• Purchases made using redeemed rewards

We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or reverse points credits at any time if an error occurred or if we determine points were obtained through fraud or abuse.

6. Tiers

The Programme operates four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your tier is determined by your total lifetime points earned, not your current balance. Spending points does not reduce your tier.

Tier thresholds and associated benefits are set by Picklefox and may be modified at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to tier thresholds.

Tiers are permanent once reached and are not subject to downgrade based on inactivity or reduced spending.

7. Points Expiry

Points expire on inactivity. If your account has no qualifying purchase activity for 12 consecutive months, you will receive a warning notice. If no qualifying activity occurs within the following month (13 months total inactivity), your entire points balance will be set to zero.

Expiry does not affect your tier status. Lifetime points earned are not reduced by expiry.

8. Rewards and Redemption

Points may be redeemed for rewards from the Picklefox rewards catalogue. The catalogue, including available rewards, required points, and availability windows, is managed by Picklefox and may change at any time without notice.

Redemption is available in-store only. Points cannot be redeemed online or through the Picklefox Shopify store. To redeem a reward, visit a Picklefox retail location and present your account to a staff member.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Redeemed rewards are final. Points used in a redemption will not be reversed except in the case of a documented system error on our part.

9. Points Have No Cash Value

Points are not currency, property, or a financial instrument. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or inherited. Points are a benefit extended by Picklefox and remain the property of Wonder Fox PLT at all times.

10. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation of the Programme, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, all accumulated points may be forfeited without compensation.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at shop@picklefox.com. Upon closure, your points balance is forfeited.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if your account has been inactive for 3 years, or if we discontinue the Programme. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

12. Programme Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, including changes to earning rates, tier thresholds, reward availability, expiry rules, and these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Portal.

Continued use of the Programme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wonder Fox PLT is not liable for:

• Any loss or expiry of points due to technical error, Portal downtime, or circumstances beyond our control
• Your inability to redeem a reward due to stock unavailability or catalogue changes
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Programme

Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the monetary value of points held in your account at the time of the relevant event, calculated at the current redemption rate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
